We are pleased to advise that a successful planning permission has been achieved on this site resulting in a S106 Agreement. We are now involved in progressing this exciting and regenerative project through land assembly, project management and, ultimately, construction. We are pleased with the development being made and the interest shown by the commercial market. We firmly believe that the building and letting of these premises will have a positive impact not only on Southend seafront but in Southend as a whole.
This project will take quite some time to deliver and it is our intention to update this website periodically
as circumstances dictate.
